Born and raised in Argentina, Chef Lisandro fell in love with the cuisine and the art of cooking in his hometown, inspired by his Italian family roots, which laid the foundation for his passion.

Furthering his experience in the kitchen, he traveled to Los Cabos in Mexico, Dubai, Portugal and Brazil continuously working and opening restaurants until finding his place as Head Chef in Blue Marlin Ibiza (Spain).

Lately, his passion for the different cuisines and the creative side made him work by his own as a private chef where can explore different kinds of menus, meet amazing new people and enjoy what makes him happy: cooking.
